Whatever is stored inside is kept very well protected by the durable, waterproof fabric and welded seams. Three Velcro straps hold the bag securely in place under the top tube, preventing any annoying contact with the knees when pedalling and areas of high wear are reinforced with tough Hypalon panels.
Simple Velcro straps and a versatile head tube fixing allows the bag to be used on both road and mountain bikes. As the bag has double roll closures, its width can be reduced if necessary for use on narrow handlebars and it makes it easier to access the contents without having to empty everything out.
The tyre levers, pump and patch kit will have punctures fixed in no time. With an aluminium alloy construction, the pump is strong and durable, while the PET frame bracket allows you to mount it to your frame, secured using the velcro strap.
The 0.8 litre bag is fully waterproof, with welded seams and water-resistant zip so the contents remain protected from any rain or road spray, and the large clamshell-style zip helps with easy access. There is an internal stiffener to spread the load when cinching the bag to the saddle and a mesh pocket inside to help separate the contents.
The waterproof fabric and welded seams ensure that the contents are kept protected from the elements and road spray, with the water-resistant zip also having an extra long puller for ease of use when wearing gloves.
The light is easy to attach and switch between bikes using the included mounting bracket. A full charge takes six hours and the light can run for up to 20 hours, depending on the selected mode. A low battery indicator on the body turns red when battery life is down to 10%, and the light will automatically switch to the 200-lumen mode, giving you as much time to get home as possible.
Two brackets are included for versatile mounting to aero or round seatposts, a helmet, backpack or saddlebag, and the light is fitted using a quick-release, quarter-turn mechanism. Reliability is not compromised by the weather thanks to an IPX4 waterproof rating.
Using the Auto mode, the light will adjust according to the surrounding environment, between flashing and solid modes, and putting out 150 – 650 lumens. There are five other manual modes to choose from including Dayflash – perfect for use even in the brightest sunshine to cut through the distractions of busy roads.
The battery runtime is between two and eight hours depending on the mode selected, there’s an indicator light to give you a good idea of the battery level, and recharging is simple, via the included USB cable.
The light is easy to mount to either helmet or handlebar using the included clip, bracket or strap, with quick release when you get to your destination. With a water-resistant construction, you can be sure of reliable functionality no matter how poor the weather.
